Shipping/Returns/Processing Times

Please be carefully advised of all terms and conditions before purchasing from Royal Tresses.

SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will NOT ship unless an authorization form is filled out and submitted to us. 

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

Delivery is 3-5 days depending on your location, and speed of postal service. Express shipping is 1-3 days after processing. Please note, inclement weather, a holiday and delays with the carrier may delay your package.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be update.

PROCESSING TIME

Be advised that there is a payment processing period of 1 - 3 Business Days (Mon - Fri)

The current processing timeframe from when pre orders are placed may take up to 7-15 Business Days (Mon - Fri)

RETURNS

All purchases are FINAL sale, except if there is a mistake on my behalf. Then, you will have 5 days after receiving the unit to contact me through email about said purchase. 

 

Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of the products, there are absolutely NO RETURNS. However, The Royal Tress Collection strives to provide each customer with amazing customer service. If the mistake is on our behalf, we will happily correct the issue. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, please immediately contact info@theroyaltressecollection.com and we will try our best to accommodate you!

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE

Please keep in mind once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of them. If there’s any shipping delays or any problems once your items have been shipped, please contact USPS at: +1 (800)-275-8777 for assistance to file a claim. All orders are shipped with proof of value for insurance under the circumstance of damaged or loss products. 

Please make sure you enter your address correctly, including building and apartment numbers. If you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please email info@theroyaltressecollection.com to have it updated immediately.
